LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEM
The time of year has come when thunderstorms are prevelent, typically developing in the afternoon. As a reminder, when you hear a continuous HI-LO siren, this indicates that there has been a lightning strike within 0-3 miles of the club and it is highly recommended that you seek shelter or return to the clubhouse. When it is all clear and safe for play to resume you will here a continuous SOLID siren.
The all clear siren will sound when there has been no strikes within 3 miles for 15 minutes.
